For title search firms

Your team can handle more files without more hires.

Quit Clicking automates your county record searches. It finds deeds, liens, and mortgages on recorder sites, reads the scanned documents, and drafts your search report. Your examiners still make the call.

Send a short note or a few sample records. No logins needed.

A real job, built on the same steps

For a Florida court-data lead company.

Runs
Every morning, for three counties

More counties, added one at a time

Company name
Private until they say yes

This job was built for a lead list company, not a title firm. But its hardest step is your daily work: finding a record on a county site and reading the scanned document.

Every morning, this job runs on its own:

Live
  1. It downloads the county arrest report.
  2. It looks up each person's court case.
  3. It reads the home address from the court PDF.
  4. A person checks every record on a review screen before it goes out.
  5. It sends the approved records to their shipping tool.
Sample screen. Names are made up.

How it works

Five steps, from your first note to a job that runs on its own.

  1. Within 2 business days

    Free Automation Check

Name one job your team does by hand. You get a plain answer: can it be automated, how, and about what it would cost.

  2. 15 minutes, then 24 hours

A short call, then one price

Show how the job works today. Within 24 hours, you get one fixed quote with a start date.

  3. 7 days from the start

    First working version

One job, such as one county, runs from start to end. If a source will take longer, the quote says so first.

  4. Before handover

    Your real data, then handover

It runs on your own records while you watch. Then it is set up in your accounts, and your team learns how to use it.

  5. 30 days

    Free fixes

If a bug shows up or something breaks, it gets fixed for free. After that, a monthly care plan is there if you want it.

Safe to try

  • One fixed price

You know the price before work starts. If the job changes, the change is quoted first. You are never billed by the hour.

  • Your real data first

You see it work on your own records before you take it.

  • 30 days of free fixes

Any bug or break in the first 30 days is fixed for free.

  • No big promises

No promises of more sales or more replies. Nobody can control those. What you can see is the job, running.

Your data stays with you

  • It is built in your own accounts, so your data stays there.
  • Happy to sign an NDA before seeing any data.
  • The free Check needs only a short note or a few sample records. No logins.
  • Any copies made during the build are deleted at handover.

Questions from title search firms

Have one that is not here? Write to me.

[email protected]
Some of our counties only have scanned images. Will it work?

Yes. The software reads scanned pages and flags the ones it cannot read clearly. If a county has no records online at all, software cannot search it. The free Check tells you which of your counties can be done.

What about old records and handwritten deeds?

Old typed records can often be read. Handwritten ones are much harder, so those go to a person. I will tell you plainly what it can and cannot read in your counties.

Does it replace our examiners?

No. It does the searching and the copying. Your examiners still review the chain of title and make every call.

Can it work with our title software?

If your software can take an import, or has a way for software to connect, usually yes. If not, the report can land in a file your team uploads. The free Check tells you which.
