For lead list companies

Your team can cover more counties without more hires.

What one task costs you

Say one person spends 2 hours a day on one task, at $35 an hour. Change the numbers to match your team.

You pay for a build once. You pay for the task every month.

And it grows with your work. Each new county adds more hours. Today, that means more people.

Every morning, this job runs on its own:

Live
  1. It downloads the county arrest report.
  2. It looks up each person's court case.
  3. It reads the home address from the court PDF.
  4. A person checks every record on a review screen before it goes out.
  5. It sends the approved records to their shipping tool.

How it works

Five steps, from your first note to a job that runs on its own.

  1. Within 2 business days

    Free Automation Check

Name one job your team does by hand. You get a plain answer: can it be automated, how, and about what it would cost.

  2. 15 minutes, then 24 hours

A short call, then one price

Show how the job works today. Within 24 hours, you get one fixed quote with a start date.

  3. 7 days from the start

    First working version

One job, such as one county, runs from start to end. If a source will take longer, the quote says so first.

  4. Before handover

    Your real data, then handover

It runs on your own records while you watch. Then it is set up in your accounts, and your team learns how to use it.

  5. 30 days

    Free fixes

If a bug shows up or something breaks, it gets fixed for free. After that, a monthly care plan is there if you want it.

Safe to try

  • One fixed price

You know the price before work starts. If the job changes, the change is quoted first. You are never billed by the hour.

  • Your real data first

You see it work on your own records before you take it.

  • 30 days of free fixes

Any bug or break in the first 30 days is fixed for free.

  • No big promises

No promises of more sales or more replies. Nobody can control those. What you can see is the job, running.

Your data stays with you

  • It is built in your own accounts, so your data stays there.
  • Happy to sign an NDA before seeing any data.
  • The free Check needs only a short note or a few sample records. No logins.
  • Any copies made during the build are deleted at handover.

Questions from lead list companies

Have one that is not here? Write to me.

[email protected]
Can it cover a lot of counties?

Yes. I start with one county and get it right. Each new county is then added on the same base, so the next one is a smaller job.

Can it take out do-not-mail and suppression records?

Yes. Give me your lists and rules, and those records come out before the file is made. Anything the software is not sure about goes to a person.

Can it match my mail house's file format?

Yes. Send me a sample file from your mail house, and the list comes out in that exact format.

Some of my counties only post scans, or block software. Will it still work?

Many county sites are built for people, not software. I write code that uses them the way a person would, and the software reads the scans. The free Check tells you which of your counties are easy and which are harder.
